Our new type of screw pump adopts hollow rotor matched by stator of equal wall thickness. The hollow rotor is lighter in weight and has certain elasticity, which can reduce the lateral extrusion pressure of the rotor on the rubber of the stator, so that the damage of the stator is significantly reduced, which can further prolong the working life of the pump and reduce the operation cost.
2. The thin and uniform rubber wall thickness of the equal-wall stator makes the expansion of the stator rubber smaller and more uniform under the thermal effect, reduces the fit interference between the rotor and the stator rubber, makes the torque required for the start and operation of the pump smaller, also reduces the power consumption of the motor, and is more energy saving and environmental protection.
