Product description
The screw folding machine,its main body of the dehydrator is a filter device formed by overlapping fixed rings and moving rings, and the spiral axis runs through them. The front section is the concentration section, and the back section is the dehydration section. The pitch of the filter joint formed between the fixed ring and the moving ring and the screw shaft gradually decreases from the thickening part to the dewatering part. The rotation of the screw shaft pushes the sludge to be transported from the thickening part to the dewatering part, and also continuously drives the moving ring to clean the filter joint, which can be roughly divided into three steps:
1. Concentration: When the screw driving shaft rotates, the multiple active laminates located outside the driving shaft move relative to each other. Under the action of gravity, water filters out from the laminates that move relative to each other to achieve rapid concentration.
2. Dehydration: the concentrated sludge moves forward with the rotation of the spiral shaft: along the direction of mud cake export, the pitch of the spiral shaft becomes smaller gradually, the gap between the rings also becomes smaller gradually, and the volume of the spiral cavity shrinks continuously; Under the action of the back pressure plate at the outlet, the internal pressure gradually increases, and under the continuous operation of the screw driving shaft, the water in the sludge is extruded and discharged, and the solid content of the filter cake increases constantly, and finally the continuous dehydration of sludge is realized.
3.self-cleaning: the rotation of the spiral axis pushes the moving ring to rotate continuously. The equipment relies on the movement between the fixed ring and the moving ring to realize the continuous self-cleaning process, so as to cleverly avoid the blocking problem commonly existing in the traditional dehydrator.
