Screw pump rotor transport all kinds of inorganic acid, alkali, salt liquid, emulsion, suspension and all kinds of organic media, such as alcohols, esters, etc. Need to set up another bearing at the outer end, basically do not bear bending load. A layer of oil film formed between the outer round surface of the screw and the inner wall of the pump cylinder in operation can prevent direct contact between the metals, so that the wear of the screw tooth surface is greatly reduced. Rotor and other positive displacement pumps, when the outlet of the pump is completely closed, the pressure in the pump will rise to the pump damage or overload the motor dangerous degree. Therefore, in the pump suction outlet, it is necessary to set up a safety valve.
Screw pump rotor adopts double suction structure, both ends of the screw are in the same pressure cavity, the axial force can balance itself. The bearings at both ends are equipped with external, lubricating oil (grease) alone, so they are not affected by the conveying medium. The two screws are driven by a pair of synchronous gears, and the screw tooth surfaces are not in contact with each other, and there is a small gap between them. The impurities in the medium can not produce direct wear on the screw tooth surface (in addition to scouring).
