1. Pump structure The pump is composed of motor, transmission box, cylinder block and other three parts.

The transmission box component is composed of a bow type connecting rod CAM mechanism, a stroke adjusting mechanism and a speed ratio worm gear mechanism; By rotating the adjusting handwheel to implement high adjustment stroke, from the surface to change the front and rear distance in the bow link to achieve the purpose of changing the plunger (piston) stroke. The cylinder is composed of a pump head, a suction valve set, a discharge valve set, a plunger and packing seals.
 

2. Working principle The motor drives the worm through the coupling and
 decelerates the spindle and eccentric wheel for rotary motion, and the eccentric wheel drives the sliding adjustment seat of the bow connecting rod for reciprocating motion. When the plunger backward dead point shift, the pump chamber gradually formed a vacuum, suction valve open, suction liquid; When the plunger moves forward to the dead point, the suction valve is closed, the discharge valve is opened, and the liquid is discharged as the plunger moves further. In the reciprocating pump also work to form a continuous pressure, quantitative discharge liquid.
