Ronice Food grade sanitary Pumps are a subtype of progressive cavity pump and are used in Food & beverage processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, wine and brewery industries. These pumps can be used to transfer as well as mix liquid and semi-liquid materials.
Our top-quality Food Grade Pumps can be used to efficiently transfer highly viscous and sheer-sensitive liquids while maintaining the integrity and hygiene of the products.

Hygienic pumps are specifically designed and manufactured to the highest specifications to minimize the risk of contamination.This is essential in a number of industries which produce products for human consumption or use such as food, beverages, cosmetics or medicines. 

They are manufactured to the highest standards to have no defects or dead-spaces where bacterial growth may occur, to drain freely, and to enable easy and thorough cleaning or sterilization.

These pumps are available in close coupled and bare shaft configurations. Sealing option is provided in hygienic quality gland packing or mechanical sea; available with CIP / SIP port configuration. For highly viscous or non-flowable liquids, these pumps can also be constructed with wide throat configuration.
As a type of Positive Displacement Pumps, these pumps can efficiently maintain a smooth and uniform flow even at high discharge pressures. Our Food Grade Pumps are highly economical as they are extremely easy to maintain and clean.
