Wuhan Ronice RD series positive displacement screw pump
Positive displacement pumps, also known as Progressive Cavity Pumps, volumetric self-priming pumps, that consist of a rotor which is sealed tightly against a rubber stator, move fluid solids or liquids along the screw axis.
Progressive cavity screw pumps can pump at extremely low flow rates for dosing applications as well as high volume transfer duties even at high pressure.
Ronice open hopper screw pumps convey heavy-duty viscous to semi-solid mediums with low or no flowability, such as dried sludge, paste, butter, slurry, etc.
This transfer pump consists of a feed hopper (an enlarged rectangular inlet) with a screw conveyor in order to optimally feed the product into the pumping element, consistently and smoothly, prevent the accumulation of materials at the inlet, improve the volumetric efficiency.
The pitch and diameter of the screw conveyor, construction materials of pumps and parts, sealing options, anti-dry running protection device, can be tailored for different media and industries, allowing optimal design for different applications.
