Ronice Food grade sanitary Pumpsare a subtype of progressive cavity pump and are used in Food & beverage processing, pharma, chemical, wine and brewery industries. These pumps can be used to transfer as well as mix liquid and semi-liquid materials. Our top-quality Food Grade Pumps can be used to efficiently transfer highly viscous and sheer-sensitive liquids while maintaining the integrity and hygiene of the products.
The metallic parts in contact with the food items being handled are built with smooth-finished stainless steel. The stator fitted inside these pumps is built with metal-bonded aseptic food grade elastomeric rubber which are oil and fats resistant.
These pumps are available in close coupled and bare shaft configurations. Sealing option is provided in hygienic qualiyu gland packing or mechanical sea; available with CIP / SIP port configuration. For highly viscous or non-flowable liquids, these pumps can also be constructed with wide throad configuration. As a type of Positive Displacement Pumps, these pumps can efficiently maintain a smooth and uniform flow even at high discharge pressures. Our Food Grade Pumps are highly economical as they are extremely easy to maintain and clean.
