The single-stage pressure of the equal-wall thickness stator is higher (the single-stage pressure of the conventional stator is 0.6MP, and the equal-wall thickness can reach 1.0MP)
Because such as the thickness of the wall thickness of the stator rubber thin, compression deformation is small, and 60% higher than that of single stage pressure compared with the conventional - 70%, in scenes of multistage pressure needed for wall thickness of screw pump series is much less than normal, thus inferior wall thickness under the same pressure demand stator can be shorter than the conventional stator, such not only reduce the cost of the screw pump, It also saves installation space needed for progressing cavity pumps.
